We pack every order with care to keep your sweets fresh, protected and presentation-ready. During peak periods, dispatch may run slightly longer, but we keep the process as clean and reliable as possible.

Orders are prepared in London and sent out as quickly as possible.

Usually 1–2 working days.
Peak periods: 2–4 working days.

Usually 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier and service chosen at checkout.

If your chosen service includes tracking, you’ll receive it by email after collection.

Returns & issues

Because sweets are food items, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns — but we do handle genuine issues properly.

Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene and food safety, we don’t accept returns on edible products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it quickly.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Email us within 48 hours with:
  • your order number
  • clear photos of the outer box
  • clear photos of the sweets or packaging inside
We’ll assess it and offer a suitable solution, whether that’s a replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on the issue.
I entered the wrong address — can you change it?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, yes — email us immediately and we’ll try to update it. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible and a redelivery fee may apply.
My parcel is delayed — what happens now?
Couriers can occasionally delay parcels, especially during peak periods. If your tracking hasn’t moved for 48 hours or your parcel is significantly late, email us and we’ll escalate it with the courier.
What if a sweet is out of stock?
We do our best to keep mixes consistent, but certain sweets can sell out quickly. If we ever need to substitute, we replace with a similar premium sweet that matches the theme and overall feel of the mix.
