Orders & Delivery

From dispatch timing to tracking and larger event orders, these are the answers most customers look for first.

When will my order be dispatched? +
Orders are hand-packed fresh. Dispatch times are shown at checkout and may vary during busy periods. If you need your order by a specific date, email hello@candycloudsweets.com before placing it and we’ll guide you on the best option.
Do you deliver across the UK? +
Yes — we currently deliver within the UK only. Delivery options and pricing appear at checkout based on your basket and delivery address.
Can I track my order? +
If your selected shipping service includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS once your parcel has been collected by the courier.
Do you do event favours and larger orders? +
Yes — we offer premium sweet favours and larger orders for weddings, celebrations, private events and workplace gifting. Email us with your event date, quantity, and the overall feel you want, and we’ll come back with the best format and confirm lead time.

Ingredients & Allergens

Straight answers on halal suitability, gelatine-free options and allergen awareness, without the usual confusion.

Are your sweets halal? +
We use halal sweets in our mixes. Some items contain halal beef gelatine, and some items are gelatine-free. If you have a strict requirement, email hello@candycloudsweets.com before ordering and we’ll point you to the best options.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian options? +
Some individual sweets can be gelatine-free, but many mixes may include gelatine and/or colourings that are not suitable for all diets. Where we offer a vegan or vegetarian-friendly option, that will be stated clearly on the relevant product page.
Where can I see the allergen information? +
Ingredient and allergen details are available on our Ingredients & Allergens page and may also appear on individual product listings. If you have allergies, always read the information carefully before consuming.
Is there any risk of cross-contamination? +
Yes. We pack in an environment that handles common allergens such as gluten, milk, nuts, peanuts and soya. Cross-contamination may occur, so if you have severe allergies we recommend that you do not consume.

A few useful notes on how to keep your sweets looking and tasting their best once they arrive.

How should I store my sweets? +
Store your sweets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep them sealed for the best freshness, especially fizzy sweets, and avoid heat or humidity wherever possible.
How long do the sweets last? +
Most sweets have a long shelf life, and many items are typically best enjoyed within around 6 months, often longer. Every sweet has its own best-before date though, so always refer to the original product information for the most accurate guidance.
Why do my sweets look slightly different sometimes? +
We use real sweets from trusted suppliers, and stock can vary slightly by batch. Colours, shapes and exact quantities may change a little, but the overall look, feel and quality remain premium.

Do you do corporate gifting and events? +
Yes — we offer polished corporate gifting, team treats and event favours. Visit Corporate & Custom or email hello@candycloudsweets.com with your quantity, deadline and any theme or colour preferences and we’ll create options that feel genuinely premium.
Can I request a specific colour theme or sweet? +
For custom orders, yes — subject to availability and lead time. If you need a strict ingredient or allergen profile, let us know before the order is confirmed.
What’s the minimum order for corporate? +
Minimums depend on packaging style and timeline. As a guide, corporate orders typically start from around 20–30 premium gifts and scale up from there. Email us with your quantity, deadline and budget range and we’ll confirm what works best.

Returns & Issues

If something has gone wrong, this is the fastest way to know what to do next.

Do you accept returns? +
Due to hygiene and food safety, we can’t accept returns for change-of-mind orders. If there’s an issue with your order on arrival, whether damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll resolve it quickly and fairly.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do? +
Please email hello@candycloudsweets.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the outer packaging and the items inside. We’ll review it quickly and offer an appropriate solution.
I entered the wrong address — can you change it? +
Contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually update it. If it has already gone out, changes may not be possible and a redelivery fee may apply.
